We use Artificial Intelligence to enhance user experience, improve platform performance, and maintain a safe environment, following a privacy-by-design approach.
Xentro implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal and startup data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Measures include secure data storage, encryption protocols, access controls, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis.
While Xentro adopts industry-standard safeguards, no system is completely secure. Xentro shall not be liable for unauthorized access or breaches beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a data breach, Xentro shall take reasonable steps to mitigate impact and notify relevant authorities and affected users where required.
Xentro processes personal data in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
